Terms & Conditions

The Angle NE, LLC

By accessing this website or booking services with The Angle NE, LLC (“The Angle NE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all website use, event services, rentals, and related agreements.

Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. Final payment is due prior to the event unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees may apply based on timing.

Equipment Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or unsafe conditions.

Media Use
Unless opted out in writing prior to the event, The Angle NE may use event photos or videos for marketing and promotional purposes.

Liability
The Angle NE is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in or use of photo booth services.

Nebraska-Specific Liability Waiver

By booking services and participating in any event services provided by The Angle NE, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in photo booth activities, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or technical malfunction.

  • You release and hold harmless The Angle NE, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising from or related to the event.

  • This waiver applies to you and all event attendees, guests, invitees, and participants.

  • This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nebraska.
