Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Angle NE, LLC
Effective Date: January 7, 2026

Because our services reserve equipment, staff, and event dates in advance, all bookings are subject to the following policy.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your event date and remove it from our availability calendar.

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Final payments are non-refundable once services are scheduled and prepared.

• Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing. Deposits may be transferred to a new date at our discretion. Additional fees may apply.

No-Shows & Early Endings

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early event endings, or reduced guest participation once services have begun.

Equipment Issues

In the rare event of a service disruption due to equipment malfunction beyond our control, liability is limited to a partial or full refund of the affected service only.

Force Majeure

The Angle NE, LLC is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, power outages, venue restrictions, or acts of God.
